Adopt-a-Crag at Emigrant Lake

Rogue Valley climbers are invited to a day of clean-up and improvements at Emigrant Lake climbing area.

The main focus of this work day will be improving trails to prevent erosion, and keep people on primary trails by covering up ‘social trails’ and marking existing trails better.

Because it is winter, we will also tackle trimming back poison oak. We’ll have gloves, loppers, and tecnu on hand to minimize any exposure to the oil.

Because the area is used by other visitors, we’ll also do some basic trash pickup!
